2022 and the new ways of working - are they working for you?

Join colleagues from around the UK for this informal discussion on the highs and lows of the new ways of working post Covid restrictions.

This is an open invite for ASDC, BAP and BIG members to come together to share concerns (both personal and institutional), looking at solutions on how to promote wellbeing and keep staff feeling safe and comfortable.

The session will be facilitated by James Piercy, Shaaron Leverment with contributions from Nina Cameron, President British Association of Planetaria (BAP).

Key areas for discussion:

• Difficulties getting back to work for science communication teams
• Reflecting on a busy February – back to work but are we back at previous capacity?
• How do we balance digital with face-to-face and hands-on?
• How do you feel about risks to staff and audiences without any restrictions?
• Full-time full-on, or is it possible to keep some flexibility (e.g. hours / hybrid working / work-life balance)
