Salary: £20,000 - £22,000pa, dependent on experience
The Eden Learning Team is part of the newly formed Eden Project International and will contributeto the development of projects abroad as well as running formal and informal learning programmeson the Eden site in Cornwall. The role will coordinate the delivery, logistics and development of keyeducational programmes at Eden, including the Hothouse Programme and University programmes.Co-ordination of communications, sales and marketing of the programmes, in liaison with digital andmarketing teams. Liaison with key stakeholders and partners including businesses and universities.Supporting both the day to day operational activity and the development of new programmes,which is a key part of the business going forward.
Provision of support to the Hothouse programme, facilitating the delivery of the programme and responsible for scheduling, booking and liaison with clients and internal teams and facilitators.
Provision of events management and logistics for Hothouse and other Eden Learning programmes, helping both with office-based and on-site activity.
Communication and channelling of appropriate content to marketing teams, of all aspects of the programmes, ensuring information flow to all key audiences, and stakeholder, both internal and external to the Eden Project. Work with the Eden Learning and the marketing team to ensure a good flow of social media and digital marketing.
Project and financial management and administrative support; responsibility for purchase orders, invoicing and record keeping, reporting where required..
Liaison with clients and other partners for all day to day activities and logistics, organising events, meetings and ensuring a close working relationship between partners and other internal departments. Managing the booking and liaison with other tertiary education clients, building up the database and supporting the development of new business activity.
Act as the first point of contact for Eden Learning, providing customer service and assist in the sales of programmes, working with the sales lead.
