ASDC LinkedIn page

We use LinkedIn to post ASDC project news, events and opportunities that may be of interest to members and people working in the science communication sector.

LinkedIn is part of our social media network and an important tool for disseminating relevant information to our sector and different online communities. We use LinkedIn to celebrate the work of ASDC and our project partners, to promote events, share opportunities and news from the sector. We also use it to engage new supporters, potential members, collaborators and funders.

We also have a LinkedIn ASDC members groups for sharing members-only comms and updates, as well as sharing best practice. Members of the group are also invited to share anything relevant to support with networking and connection across the network. Occasionally, ASDC may advertise special events on our groups if we feel they are relevant to group members. Such group members are carefully moderated by ASDC and attendance is not compulsory for our network members or project partners.

Bluesky

We use Bluesky to connect with members and the STEM engagement community. Posts are shared to celebrate the work of ASDC and our project partners, sharing important information about the sector and promote special events.
X

Similarly to Bluesky, we use X to connect with members and the STEM engagement community who don't use LinkedIn or Bluesky. Having an account on X does not mean we endorse the negative comments or improper use of the platform.

LinkedIn, Bluesky and X are commercial companies. Therefore, any information shared on our pages or in private messages may be used for commercial purposes according to your own personal privacy settings on these platforms.
