Facilities Controller, International Centre for Life

The International Centre for Life is looking for two Facilities Controllers.

The Life facilities team manages and maintains the buildings and physical environment across the Life site. The role is to assist in the Control Room, a central hub for the day-to-day facilities management of the site.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, knowledge of basic building services systems (e.g. fire alarms, heating, ventilation, and security systems), an awareness of security procedures and be capable of being the first line response to any unexpected incidents and emergency situations. Experience as a control room/security person in a multi-functional building would be an advantage. A friendly manner and positive attitude are essential, together with a keenness to get involved in any other facilities and property tasks as needed.
