This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee estates compliance, manage contractors and budgets, line manage our Estates and Technical Manager, and provide leadership across several key projects, including a major solar installation, borehole development and land management programme. Working across multiple sites, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our buildings, grounds and infrastructure continue to support more than 170,000 annual visitors and the communities we serve.

We're looking for someone with recent estates or facilities management experience, strong knowledge of health and safety and statutory compliance, and experience overseeing contractors and construction projects.
