Ready to grow something extraordinary?
This is a rare opportunity to shape one of the UK's most exciting new horticultural destinations from the ground up.
At Eden Project Morecambe, we're creating far more than a garden. We're creating a living landscape that inspires curiosity, celebrates the relationship between people and nature, and demonstrates how we can build a more sustainable future together. As our Horticulture Curator, you'll play a leading role in bringing that vision to life.
As the leading voice for horticulture at Eden Project Morecambe, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership for our gardens, landscapes and living collections, helping to create a world-class visitor experience that inspires, educates and delights throughout the seasons.
Working alongside the Director of Horticulture and the wider project team, you'll help guide the site through its transition from construction to opening, ensuring exceptional horticultural standards from day one and laying the foundations for long-term success.
You'll lead the development of ambitious horticultural plans, oversee the curation and management of plant collections and landscapes, champion sustainability and biosecurity, and ensure our gardens become a powerful platform for storytelling, learning and engagement.
This is a highly visible leadership role, offering the opportunity to act as an ambassador for horticulture, inspire audiences through talks, events and media engagement, and help demonstrate Eden's mission of growing a movement that works with nature to respond to the planetary emergency.
