Learning & Events Coordinator, Eureka! Science + Discovery

We’re looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, who can offer fantastic customer service and wants their work to have a positive impact.

You’ll be working with a wide range of audiences and colleagues; from schools to Scouts, communities to contractors, Enablers (what we call our brilliant frontline staff) to Exec. This role is key in helping us achieve a sustainable model for our activity, supporting content development, analysing data, streamlining processes, and maximising income so that we can deliver positive and meaningful experiences for our audiences.

You will be responsible for the administration of the Learning and Events programmes, including all aspects of school and group bookings. You will work with a wide range of teams and individuals, ensuring that systems and processes are efficient and effective, and that the experience for our audiences, colleagues, and stakeholders is smooth and professional.
