Live Science Host, Techniquest

Are you a brilliant communicator who loves sharing your passion for science with others?

We’re looking for new Live Science Hosts to join our team, ready and able to engage with visitors on our exhibition floor, making them welcome and helping them to get the most out of the interactive, hands-on exhibits we’re famous for.

You’ll deliver live science shows and demos, as well as presentations and workshops in our Science Theatre, Planetarium and Lab: making them exciting and inspiring experiences that visitors will enjoy, and talk about long after they’ve left our science discovery centre.

You’ll meet and engage with all kinds of people from toddlers through to teenagers, independent adults and organised groups — and your mission will be make them all feel welcome, sharing your knowledge and passion for STEAM subjects with them as you host their visit.
