Urenco Young Scientist Centre (UYSC) Manager, The Royal Institution

This is an exciting and varied role overseeing the day to day running of the Urenco Young Scientist Centre (UYSC) managing a small team of presenter/producers, interns and lab technician.

As the successful applicant, you will initially focus on optimising enquiries and bookings for the UYSC programme, providing a customer focussed service, ensuring our CRM database is completed accurately, and continually improving our customer service and data practices.

You will help develop and deliver the UYSC programme for primary and secondary school children, collaborating with colleagues to research and create content, and present and event manage live workshops, ensuring our visitors have an engaging and inspiring educational experience.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the Ri’s wider science communication programmes, including the family, schools and public programmes as well as the world famous CHRISTMAS LECTURES.
