Weekend Science Communicator, Cambridge Science Centre

Cambridge Science Centre (CSC) is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team of Science Communicators. As a Weekend Science Communicator, you will be involved in the delivery of hands-on science, technology, engineering and maths activities to young people at our new, state-of-the-art science centre on the Cambridge Science Park.

Weekend Science Communicators will work with CSC's full-time Science Communicators to make the Centre a friendly, accessible and safe place to visit.

This role is for weekend days. Working patterns are flexible and we encourage interested applicants to contact up to discuss working patterns that suit them. Expertise in STEM is not a requirement, and an engaging manner and interest in learning are more important. Training will be provided on STEM content and admin tasks.

Interviews will be held on a rolling basis. Start dates are from September 2024.
