Do you work with volunteers? Take this opportunity to celebrate their dedication and passion by nominating them for the ASDC Volunteer of the Year Award 2023, in partnership with The Marsh Trust.
Through this new award, we will be celebrating and sharing inspiring examples of volunteer contribution and impacts within science centres and museums.
The award recognises achievements in three key areas:
1) Impact: On the volunteer themselves/volunteer team/organisation/communities
2) Passion: Volunteers inspiring people with their commitment to the organisation and what they aspire to achieve
3) Inclusion: Volunteer(s) overcoming barriers/impact on the organisation/engaging new audiences
The award highlights the charitable status of our organisations and the need for support whether that be with time or through other forms of resource.
How do I nominate?
Nominations are to open during National Volunteer Week (1-7th June) and close on 14th July.
Ready to nominate someone? Simply fill in the short nomination form with as much information as you can about the volunteer you're nominating.
