ASDC July Members' Forum: First look at the ASDC resource hub of STFC science

Wednesday 15th July, 2pm-3pm

ASDC has developed an online resource hub of STFC science, giving members a platform to share demos, experiments, activities and assets with each other. With over 100 uploads already online, this forum is an opportunity for attendees to get hands-on with the hub, exploring how it works and providing feedback to shape its future.

What to expect

Prior to the event, attendees will be added to the hub to ensure they have access. The forum, which will be run by ASDC Project and Communications Associate and hub creator Sophie Ward will then include:

  • An introduction to the hub, including examples of its content and the information resources are tagged with
  • A walkthrough of how to use it - different ways to search and how to maximise its potential
  • Blocked out time to go and explore the site and its resources yourself
  • Discussion and feedback

If you are at all interested in using the hub, this forum is a great chance to learn how it works and give your opinions on how we can improve it.
