Possible contents of resource pack
Some or all of these will be useful to your colleagues:
- Script
- Props list
- Health and safety guidelines
- Sample risk assessment
- Marketing techniques - things that worked for you
- Indication of staff time required to develop and train for the show
- Sources of materials - include contact details
- Expert speakers - include contact details
- Show graphics (images or Powerpoint slides for example), or name of contact
- List of specialist items that your centre would be able to supply (for a fee)
- Problems encountered / lessons learned
- Evaluation results
