Digital marketing has always been an important way to talk to your audiences, but now more than ever, it's a space that your organisation has to truly own if you want to keep up with your audiences. COVID has seen organisations make a major shift onto digital platforms as out-of-home advertising budgets were rapidly moved online. Things aren't going to go back to how they were, and if you're not engaging with your audiences on the channels they're active on, now's the time to get on board.
