Lightning Talk: On your terms: Giving people the choice to engage with STEM in community spaces
In this lightning talk we share learnings from our work with the Reading Agency on the nationwide Summer Reading Challenge, which helped a broad range of audiences live meaningful STEM experiences through their own interest, choice of activities, and in spaces they are comfortable visiting. Lyn will be joined by Andrew Lickley, Science Museum Group.
Biography
Lyn is a community partnership and events producer based at the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford. Working closely with the local community Lyn works to bring museum learning out of the museums four walls.
